Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • You will accompany and monitor the processing of contracts for Siemens Healthineers in terms of billing, contract fulfillment, and invoicing.
  • You will review newly concluded contracts for compliance with accepted contract standards and enter them into the ERP system.
  • You will ensure the alignment of contract billing statuses with the actual service delivery.
  • You will monitor contract efficiency and fulfillment, create reports, and initiate actions in case of deviations.
  • You will conduct and monitor the contract related invoicing process
  • You will actively participate in projects within an international environment (e.g., Digital Transformation).

We expect from you:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration or you have several years of experience in the commercial processing of customer contracts and have a strong understanding of processes and value flows.
  • You are familiar with the accounting standards IFRS15 and IFRS16.
  • You have a solid knowledge of contract law.
  • You demonstrate a high level of initiative, reliability, and teamwork.
  • You have developed skills in the evaluation and analysis of big data.
  • Practical experience with SAP modules SD, CO, FI, and RAR is advantageous.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to present effectively, are required due to collaboration in international projects. Germany language skills are higly advanteagable.
